Medical Translation

So nothing gets lost between patient and provider.

Medical conversations can be difficult in a second language. I offer English-Spanish support informed by my medical assistant background. Tell me the setting and its language-service requirements before booking.

Overview

When understanding the care is part of the care

Appointments involve unfamiliar terms and important questions. Language support can help patients communicate concerns and ask their provider to clarify instructions.

I confirm the appointment format and purpose with you in advance. If your facility requires a certified interpreter or certified written translation, confirm those requirements with the facility; bilingual fluency and MA registration do not establish interpreter certification.
