My story
Different skills.
The same attention to people.
My work started in patient care and grew into the spaces and conversations around it: homes, care facilities and appointments in two languages. Each setting calls for a different skill, but the starting point stays the same: listen carefully and understand what is needed.
I built Pacheco's Professional Solutions LLC around that approach. A clinic may need another medical assistant. A family may need help at an appointment. A care home may need repairs planned around its residents.
The task changes. My responsibility to the person behind it does not.
