Mobile Medical Assistant

Care that comes to your door.

When travel is difficult, a home visit can help you keep track of vital signs and day-to-day concerns between appointments. My role supports your existing care plan and does not replace a doctor, nurse or emergency service.

Overview

Support between appointments, at home

Home visits offer practical support for older adults, people returning home after a hospital stay and families helping with an existing care plan. Discuss the requested tasks and any clinician instructions before booking.

I confirm the purpose of the visit and the equipment needed with you in advance. Visit notes can help you share observations with your treating clinician or family, with your permission.
